macro (custom macro)
A parametric programing attribute of many CNC controllers. Macros allow for the executions of a string of commands stored in contoler memory. Macro languages are specific to the maker of the controller.
In many controllers the macro routine (macro call) is insantiated by G65 and canceled by G67.
